Exciting changes are coming!
Since the COVID pandemic allowed the easing of restrictions around online health care, more and more of our patients are now taking advantage of the convenience and flexibility of telehealth appointments.
To better align with emerging trends and to streamline care for our patients, we are moving to a telehealth-only model beginning in April 2023. We understand that telehealth may be intimidating to some and we plan to make the transition as easy as possible. We will maintain an administrative office with telehealth equipment for those who are unfamiliar with the technology or do not have the necessary equipment.
We will also begin offering a patient portal during this timeframe to facilitate appointment requests, prescription refills and more.
We hope that these changes will improve our patients’ overall experience and access to care. If you have any questions, or would like to try a practice call, please contact us at (541) 636-9846.
